Aditi and I knew we couldn't ignore it anymore. We wanted our home to be free from those chemicals, so we rolled up our sleeves and started pouring our very first botanical cleansing bars right at our kitchen table, using pure glycerin, healing neem, and calming sandalwood.
But as our skin began to heal and breathe again, we realized something profound: true self-care doesn't stop when you step out of the shower. Your hair, your face, and your everyday skin deserve that same uncompromised purity.

Refusing shortcuts means taking the harder road. Expanding from gentle cleansing bars into complex hair oils, facial mists, and creams meant years of research, countless ruined batches, and sleepless nights.
Developing lightweight facial mists and deep-repair creams without artificial binders, parabens, or synthetic fragrances tested our patience. We spent months balancing botanical extracts so they absorb beautifully while staying 100% gentle.
Because we use pure humectants like natural glycerin that draw moisture from the air, our handcrafted bars and delicate emulsions react to high humidity. Learning to cure and preserve our creations naturally through changing seasons was a hard-won victory.
Commercial shampoos and creams use silicones for an instant, artificial slickness. One of our most rewarding challenges has been educating our community on how real herbs, botanical hair oils, and nourishing oils repair and strengthen from within over time.
