This document is an electronic record in terms of Information Technology Act, 2000 and rules there under as applicable and the amended provisions pertaining to electronic records in various statutes as amended by the Information Technology Act, 2000. This electronic record is generated by a computer system and does not require any physical or digital signatures.

This document is published in accordance with the provisions of Rule 3 (1) of the Information Technology (Intermediaries guidelines) Rules, 2011 that require publishing the rules and regulations, privacy policy and Terms of Use for access or usage of domain name www.vorali.in ('Website'), including the related mobile site and mobile application (hereinafter referred to as 'Platform').

The Platform is owned by Vorali, a company incorporated under the Companies Act, 1956 with its registered office at Narua Panchanantala 5th lane, PO Chandannagar, Dist- Hooghly, Pin-712136 (hereinafter referred to as ‘Platform Owner’, 'we', 'us', 'our').

Your use of the Platform and services and tools are governed by the following terms and conditions (“Terms of Use”) as applicable to the Platform including the applicable policies which are incorporated herein by way of reference. If You transact on the Platform, You shall be subject to the policies that are applicable to the Platform for such transaction. By mere use of the Platform, You shall be contracting with the Platform Owner and these terms and conditions including the policies constitute Your binding obligations, with Platform Owner.

These Terms of Use relate to your use of our website, goods (as applicable) or services (as applicable) (collectively, 'Services'). Any terms and conditions proposed by You which are in addition to or which conflict with these Terms of Use are expressly rejected by the Platform Owner and shall be of no force or effect.

These Terms of Use can be modified at any time without assigning any reason. It is your responsibility to periodically review these Terms of Use to stay informed of updates.

For the purpose of these Terms of Use, wherever the context so requires ‘you’, 'your' or ‘user’ shall mean any natural or legal person who has agreed to become a user/buyer on the Platform.

ACCESSING, BROWSING OR OTHERWISE USING THE PLATFORM INDICATES YOUR AGREEMENT TO ALL THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS UNDER THESE TERMS OF USE, SO PLEASE READ THE TERMS OF USE CAREFULLY BEFORE PROCEEDING.

General Conditions of Use

• To access and use the Services, you agree to provide true, accurate and complete information to us during and after registration, and you shall be responsible for all acts done through the use of your registered account on the Platform.
• Neither we nor any third parties provide any warranty or guarantee as to the accuracy, timeliness, performance, completeness or suitability of the information and materials offered on this website or through the Services, for any specific purpose.
• Your use of our Services and the Platform is solely and entirely at your own risk and discretion for which we shall not be liable to you in any manner.
• The contents of the Platform and the Services are proprietary to us and are licensed to us. You will not have any authority to claim any intellectual property rights, title, or interest in its contents.
• You acknowledge that unauthorized use of the Platform and/or the Services may lead to action against you as per these Terms of Use and/or applicable laws.
• You agree to pay us the charges associated with availing the Services.
• You agree not to use the Platform and/ or Services for any purpose that is unlawful, illegal or forbidden by these Terms, or Indian or local laws that might apply to you.
• You agree and acknowledge that website and the Services may contain links to other third party websites. On accessing these links, you will be governed by the terms of use, privacy policy and such other policies of such third party websites.
• You understand that upon initiating a transaction for availing the Services you are entering into a legally binding and enforceable contract with the Platform Owner for the Services.

You shall indemnify and hold harmless Platform Owner, its affiliates, group companies (as applicable) and their respective officers, directors, agents, and employees, from any claim or demand, or actions including reasonable attorney's fees, made by any third party or penalty imposed due to or arising out of Your breach of this Terms of Use, privacy Policy and other Policies.

Notwithstanding anything contained in these Terms of Use, the parties shall not be liable for any failure to perform an obligation under these Terms if performance is prevented or delayed by a force majeure event.

These Terms and any dispute or claim relating to it, or its enforceability, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. All disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Chandannagar.

Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy describes how Vorali ("we", "our", "us") collects, uses, and protects your personal information when you use our website (www.vorali.in) or purchase our handcrafted products.

We believe in absolute transparency. Your privacy is as important to us as the purity of our ingredients. We do not offer products outside India, and your data is stored securely within India.

1. Collection of Data

We strictly limit the data we collect. We do not store any personal data other than what you voluntarily submit to us during bill generation or order placement.

This is limited only to the essential details required to fulfill your order, deliver your package, and provide customer support—such as your name, contact number, delivery address, email ID, and your birth date (if you choose to share it for birthday wishes).

2. Usage & Sharing of Data

We use your information solely to process your orders, ensure smooth delivery via our logistics partners, and occasionally send you updates about your Vorali favorites.

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with any third-party marketers, external sellers, or data brokers. Your trust means everything to us. In the highly unlikely event that providing a specific service requires sharing your details with an external third party, we will always seek your explicit prior permission before doing so.

Legal Exception: Please note that as a registered business operating in India, we are legally obligated to disclose stored customer data to government authorities or law enforcement agencies if formally requested or mandated by law.

3. Security & Retention

We adopt strict, industry-standard security practices to protect your personal information from unauthorized access or disclosure. We retain your data only for as long as necessary to provide our services to you, or as required by financial and tax laws.

If you wish to have your order history or data removed from our systems, you may contact our Grievance Officer, and we will promptly assist you with the deletion, subject to any pending legal or fulfillment obligations.

Refund & Cancellation Policy

Order Cancellations

We pack your orders with great care, often beginning the process shortly after your order is placed. If you need to change your mind, cancellation requests will only be considered if made within 24 hours (1 day) of placing the order.

Please note that we cannot accommodate cancellation requests if your order has already been processed and handed over to our shipping partners.

Order Issues & Claims

If you feel that the product you received is defective, or significantly different from what was described on our website, you must bring it to the attention of our Grievance Officer within 24 hours (1 day) of receiving your package.

• Mandatory Requirement: A clear, unedited package opening (unboxing) video is absolutely mandatory for us to evaluate any claims regarding damaged or incorrect items.
• Our customer care team will thoughtfully review your complaint along with the unboxing video to determine a fair resolution (typically a replacement, as outlined in our Return Policy).

Refund Processing

As a handcrafted bath and body care brand, all sales are generally final. However, in the event of a successful order cancellation prior to shipping, or an exceptional case where Vorali officially approves a monetary refund, the amount will be processed and credited back to your original payment method within 5 business days.

Return & Replacement Policy

Due to the personal and handcrafted nature of our bath and body care products, all sales are final. To maintain the highest standards of hygiene and quality, we do not accept returns or exchanges once a product has been sold.

However, we take immense care in packing your orders to ensure they reach you safely. In the rare event that a product arrives damaged during transit, we will gladly offer a replacement under the following strict conditions:

• Unboxing Video is Mandatory: To be eligible for a damage replacement, you must record a clear, unedited package opening (unboxing) video. The video must show the sealed package being opened and clearly display the damage to the product.
• The damage must be reported to our customer support team within 24 hours of the delivery.
• The damaged item must remain completely unused and in its original packaging.

Once you share the unboxing video with us, our team will review your request. If approved, we will promptly process and ship a replacement for the damaged item at no additional cost to you. Please note that without a valid unboxing video, we will be unable to process any replacement claims.

Shipping Policy

The orders for the user are shipped through registered domestic courier companies and/or speed post only.

Orders are shipped within 5 days from the date of the order and/or payment or as per the delivery date agreed at the time of order confirmation and delivering of the shipment, subject to courier company / post office norms.

Vorali will not be liable for any delay in delivery by the courier company / postal authority. Delivery of all orders will be made to the address provided by the buyer at the time of purchase. Delivery of our services will be confirmed on your email ID /Whatsapp as specified at the time of placing order.

If there are any shipping cost(s) levied by the Courier, (as the case be), the same is not refundable.
